Believing in God’s Word and Spirit

Rise and Build Ministry was founded with a purpose of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus, especially to the poor and down-trodden. Rise and Build Ministry is focussed on the rural and unreached parts of the world reaching out with evangelism, Church planting, community building, education support and vocational training, youth and children ministry, music ministry, deliverance ministry and counselling.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

Moulding believers, influencing the world

In the verbal inspiration and inerrancy of the Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments.

Our God is a trinity in unity, manifested in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

That regeneration (the New Birth) by the Holy Ghost for the salvation of lost and sinful mankind, is only through the personal faith in the death, resurrection and the redemption through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and is absolutely essential.

In a life of holiness, without which no man can see the Lord, through sanctification as a definite, yet progressive, work of grace.

In the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, received subsequent to the new birth, with speaking in other tongues, as the Spirit gives the utterance, as the initial physical sign and evidence.

In water baptism by immersion for believers only, which is a direct commandment of our Lord, in the Name of the Father, and of the Son (the Lord Jesus Christ), and of the Holy Spirit.

In the Lord’s table of communion.

That divine healing is provided for in the atonement, and is available to all who truly believe.

In the Pre-millennial second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ; First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to meet him in the air (the Rapture); and, Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.

In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

RBM (Rise and Build Ministries) is willing to fellowship all sound Christian believers who are contending for the love of God, and the principles of Christ as revealed in the Holy Bible. However, we cannot and will not endorse or approve radical teachings which gender strife and tend to divide the body of Christ. We firmly believe marriage is between man and woman only. We stand against and denounce adultery, sexual perversion, scientific interference with natural human progeny, pornography, gambling, drug use and partaking of intoxicants, physical abuse, Satanism, or divination in any form. No RBM minister or affiliate shall be required, but rather prohibited from compromising these principles of faith
